  • Faraday invented this motor in the year of 1822, almost 200 years ago.
  • Back then, there wasn't any motors and the inventor himself didn't know what this invention was really good for, this was the beginning of the first electric motor.
  • Dimensions: 4" long by 5" wide and 12" tall.
  • Weight: 12 ounces. When connected to a power source depending on the polarity on the battery, the copper conductor will begin to rotate around the permanent magnet in one direction and when the polarity to the battery is reversed, the copper conductor will begin to rotate in the opposite direction.
  • A solution for conductivity is required (not included) such as salt, sodium hydroxide, or other acid like substances like vinegar and others.
  • Tall model, perfect for demonstrations before audience, or in schools or college.
