The rotor is offset in respect to the stator so that the air gap at the bottom is very close and at the top, it is further apart. Half of the magnets on the stator are facing north and the other half are facing south. The permanent magnets on the rotor are facing north and they are pushed up 180 degrees of the rotation by repulsion and then they are pulled back down 180 degrees of the rotation by attraction. Then, a pulse from a battery is used to energize a coil momentarily to cancel out the back magnetic force or to bend the magnetic field momentarily until the magnet on the rotor passes by. At this point, the power to the coil is turned off and for the rest of the 350-degree rotation, the work is being done by the interaction of the permanent magnets between the stator and the rotor alone. This is only a prototype of a free energy motor using magnetic cancellation. It is very promising, a pulse from a DC battery is enough to allow the rotor to begin rotating. Only a single coil was used for the YouTube video, but there is enough room to install a second coil on the other side of the rotor. We redesigned the file, and now there are two additional holes for more coils up on top if so desired. Also, there are smaller holes designed into the motor which can be used for a smaller coil to be used as a trigger coil for the timing of the motor or a reed switch can be used or a contact switch. There is also collapsing field energy coming back out of the coil, either to power a load or charge a battery. The rotor is cut out from a sheet of HDPE (high density polyethylene) on a CNC precision machine. Also, the plexiglass was cut out on a laser CNC machine. The stator has 42 holes for 5/8" x 5/8" round neodymium permanent magnets, and the rotor has four arms with four 7/8" x 7/8" holes for round neodymium permanent magnets. All of the holes are cut out very tightly, slightly smaller than the actual size of the permanent magnets which, by using a small block of wood can be forced into place. They will be wedged in, stay in place, and will not come out. No glue is required.  However, they can be forced out again to attempt a new configuration and then can be reinstalled back into position. Permanent magnets are NOT included in this product. Also, the inventor will need to build their own electromagnet and timing. At this point, we can only provide high precision parts for the inventors, the rest is left up to the inventors themselves. The actual product may slightly differ from the images.
