All permanent magnet motor. This invention is meant to help inventors to further invent and perform tests of their own. The rotors and stators are cut on a precision CNC router with an accuracy of 0.004". The material used for this project is MDF, it is a little more affordable. The holes are cut out to fit 5/8" x 5/8" round or square neodymium magnets. A small block of wood is needed to force the magnet into place, no glue is required. After that, the magnets will not come off. However, the magnets can be forced back out and reinstalled in a new configuration within minutes. The invention is 14" tall and 4" wide, the stator is 13" in diameter and the rotor is 8.5" in diameter and is 3/4" thick. The rotor has an 8mm hole in the center for an 8mm shaft. The rotor has 24 slots for 24 magnets. Both arms of the stator combined have 19 slots for magnets. All slots on the rotor and stator are on an angle and they are equally spaced apart from each other. Permanent magnets are NOT included with this product. The actual product may slightly differ from the images.
