All permanent magnet motor. This invention is meant to help inventors to further invent and perform tests of their own. The rotors and stators are cut on a precision CNC router with an accuracy of 0.004". The material is made up of high density polyethylene and is very impact resistant. The holes are cut out to fit 5/8" x 5/8" round or square neodymium magnets. A small block of wood is needed to force the magnet into place, no glue is required. After that, the magnets will not come off. However, the magnets can be forced back out and reinstalled in a new configuration within minutes. The invention is 14" tall and 4" wide, the stator is 13" in diameter and the rotor is 8.5" in diameter and is 3/4" thick. The rotor has an 8mm hole in the center for an 8mm shaft. The rotor has 24 slots for 24 magnets. Both arms of the stator combined have 18 slots for magnets. The stator has 3 sets of 6 permanent magnets each, the magnets are also spaced 15° apart; however, the 3 sets of permanent magnets are not spaced equally 120° apart, they are offset 5° to each other for a total of 15° to help create more imbalance in the motor. While some permanent magnets are approaching the critical point, others are leaving the critical point and the 3rd set is head on. Also the rotor is not perfectly centered in respect to the stator. The stator is closer to the rotor at one end and further apart at the opposite end to help further create magnetic imbalance. Also, every other of the permanent magnets on the rotor are diametrically magnetized and the rest of them are magnetized through the axis. This configuration has more interaction between the rotor and stator. Permanent magnets are NOT included with this product. The actual product may slightly differ from the images.
